The opportunity
Responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of Dayforce modules, ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, and a seamless user experience. Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on HR data to support strategic decision-making and improve organizational performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide Dayforce systems support to People & Culture team and other end users.
- Configure Dayforce system settings, workflows, and security roles to meet business requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Dayforce-related issues, enhancements, and updates.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, escalating to Dayforce support when necessary.
- Collaborate with Dayforce and internal team to troubleshoot data imports/exports, integrations with third-party systems, and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Lead or assist in Dayforce upgrades, testing, and implementation of new modules or features.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Dayforce and support data audits as needed.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials, in coordination with Learning & Development team.
- Develop reports in Dayforce to support end-users with reporting requirements.
- Collect, compile, and analyze P&C data from various sources.
- Develop and maintain P&C dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as turnover, headcount, diversity, and employee engagement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support P&C initiatives and business goals.
Qualifications and experience
- Strong knowledge of Dayforce system, including its reporting capabilities
- Hands-on experience with various Dayforce modules; experience in Payroll and Core HR modules a requirement
- Strong knowledge of HR, payroll, and workforce management processes
- Experience in HR analytics, data analysis or similar role
- Experience with Dayforce reporting and dashboards
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and develop solutions
- Advanced Excel Skills
- SQL programming experience
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and resolve system issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
